  • I have a high-end digital camera and, if necessary, I have additional professional flash unit with umbrella for even, all around lighting.

  • I take large megapixel photos and then bring them down to a perfect size for web viewing.

  • Photos will be enhanced as necessary to ensure they are clear and bright.

  • I will provide you with a disk of the photos or I will host them on my server and you would just have to link to them to display on your site.

  • For an additional $15 if you give me the text to go along with the photos I will provide you with an enhanced Craigslist ad. Much better than what you normally see agents post.

I know you have been trying to sell your house on your own. Just like a real estate professional you have to have the time, effort and money to get it done. You also have the legal paperwork and liability when selling a house on your own.

Since you are competing against other FSBOs and also all the professional real estate agents' homes you are going to need to have an advantage over all of them.

Advertising on Craigslist or Zillow alone is not much of a difference. Getting on the MLS is better.

  • You can use the new website on all your advertising. This is better than just putting www.zillow.com on your signs.

  • When you sell your house the website can be turned off so no one keeps calling you years later.

  • If I determine that you are not truthful in your advertising I will first, let you know that it needs to be corrected and second, I will shut down the site. You will have no recourse and your fees will not be returned. You cannot have any discriminatory information on the website either.

  • You can cancel the website at any time either by phone, email or regular mail. No refunds or partial refunds will be provided.

  • Due to the volume of websites that will be created it could take several days to have your site up. The sooner you take advantage of this opportunity the sooner you can get started.
